The 3:15 Initiative exists to proclaim biblical truth, strengthen believers, and point people to Jesus Christ. Inspired by 1Peter 3:15, this ministry was founded on the conviction that people should be prepared to share the reason for their hope with truth, grace and compassion. Through biblical teachings, books, discipleship resources and media outreach, we seek to help people grow in faith and discover the hope found in Jesus Christ.
Meet Michael E. Blair
Michael E. Blair has spent years teaching God's Word, encouraging believers, and helping people navigate life's most important questions through the lens of Scripture.
His ministry experience includes teaching adult Bible studies, men's ministry leadership, discipleship, preaching, and serving alongside church leadership. His passion is helping people develop a deeper understanding of God's Word while encouraging them to grow in a genuine and life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Whether speaking from the pulpit, teaching a Bible study, writing books, or creating ministry resources, Michael's desire is simple: to help people encounter the truth of God's Word and experience the transforming power of God's grace.
